Position Summary The Senior Human Resources Generalist is an experienced, hands-on HR professional who independently manages a broad range of employee relations, benefits, leave, workers' compensation, HRIS, compliance, and employee lifecycle responsibilities. As North Arrow continues to grow across multiple locations, this position serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders and helps ensure HR practices are consistent, timely, compliant, and aligned with operational needs. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Senior HR Generalist handles complex day-to-day HR matters, leads assigned programs and processes, and provides practical guidance to managers. The role collaborates closely with the HR Coordinator and other internal partners, provides workflow guidance and cross-training as needed, and escalates high-risk, precedent-setting, or strategic matters to the Human Resources Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr North Arrow ABA, LLC
