Middle Office NY Product Owner

Position Overview Work closely with Securitization Middle Office, Business, and Capital Markets CMO Stakeholders in NY and Paris to analyze the local setup and define the target operating model for a global initiative aimed at strengthening and aligning all setups while considering local specificities. Key contributor to the transformation project; responsible for defining the target, documenting the current and target processes, supporting local implementation, and ensuring alignment with global objectives. Responsibilities Review the current setup and update documentation to support business requirements. Act as a stakeholder in global workshops and meetings. Lead local operational workshops. Report to local and global management; obtain necessary approvals and validations. Participate in related OpCo and other committees. Support local operations in change management. Assist projects and transversal initiatives related to the Transformation program, producing associated documentation (new process descriptions). Write business requirements and prioritize middle office needs. Test new releases on business line systems. Work with the team to develop and implement new initiatives, enhancing existing and new systems. Develop and deploy metrics to improve product line reports. Develop tactical tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiencies for greater automation and productivity. Review, comment, and write specification documents to accompany product line IT initiatives. Qualifications Soft Skills: Ability to multi‑task, effective communication, proactive, organized, good planning, project management in agile mode. Hard Skills: Good knowledge of bank products (CPs and Loans) and securitization business; strong understanding of capital markets products. Technical Skills: Power BI and Python preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; VBA. Systems: Orchestrade. Location America, United States of America. Experience 6-10 years.
