RH is seeking an Outlet Quality Associate to join our team in executing maintenance and housekeeping initiatives for the RH Outlet. They will work in close partnership with the Outlet Team to ensure all maintenance needs are met and are held to RH standards. Responsibilities Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Plan, coordinate and oversee facility maintenance, repair, and housekeeping operations Ensure the upkeep and functionality of all facility areas, including the building exterior and interior, grounds, systems, and storage structures Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and operational assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders Minimize operational disruptions through effective prioritization, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by upholding OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements Requirements Demonstrate a commitment to Quality with exceptional attention to detail Perform preventive maintenance and repair activities Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions Demonstrate strong communication, organization and project management skills Manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment Physical Requirements Lift and mobilize items up to 75 l bs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques Maneuver effectively around Outlet floor, stock room and office This role entails prolonged standing, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing #J-18808-Ljbffr RH
