Responsibilities Assist in creating a lean manufacturing culture Assist in creating Tier II information boards for employee communication Assist in creating easy digital reports to use to update Tier II board Assist in establishing training documentation for new hires Publish job specific training and job aids Assist in creating hour by hour production boards Assist in creating standard work documents and accountability system Assist in creating and publish cleaning schedules Assist with posting and monitoring quality control plan documents Will work closely with plant leadership Requirements Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite May be required to learn and use SAP Will be required to wear PPE when on plant floor Will work in office and production environments Must be willing to take direction from multiple people Must be able to communicate professionally and accurately Normal working hours 8am-4pm M-F Must be flexible to work outside normal working hours as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Mauser Packaging Solutions
