Infant & Toddler Teacher (Full-Time)
Hampton, VA
$15–$17 per hour (Teacher) | Aides start at $13.50/hour
Full-Time
We are seeking energetic, caring, and reliable Infant and Toddler Teachers who are passionate about nurturing young children and helping them learn and grow. Our ideal candidates enjoy working with babies and toddlers, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a team-oriented childcare environment.

Available Positions- Infant Teacher
- Toddler Teacher
- Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of infants and toddlers at all times
- Assist with daily classroom routines including diapering, feeding, and activities
- Support toddlers during the potty-training process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment through cleaning and sanitizing
- Prepare daily reports and updates for parents
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow team members
- Follow center policies and state licensing requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- CDA credential or at least 1 year of childcare experience
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with infants and toddlers
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Proof of training and certifications required
- Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification
