About the Role:

Haven Spa Pool and Hearth is looking for a skilled Spa and Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in Clackamas, OR! This is a hands-on role where you'll help customers enjoy their backyard retreats by keeping their spas and pools in peak condition. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of residential and commercial spas and pools
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on pumps, heaters, filters, and jets
• Test and balance water chemistry including pH, alkalinity, and sanitizer levels
• Troubleshoot and repair spa and pool control systems and equipment
• Communicate service findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service records and document completed work orders
• Manage parts inventory and order necessary supplies for upcoming jobs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in spa, pool, or hot tub maintenance and repair preferred
• Basic knowledge of water chemistry, hydraulics, and pool/spa equipment
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems and plumbing fundamentals
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a schedule, and prioritize service calls
