Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience as a Special Education Teacher in a virtual or classroom setting
- Comfortable with online learning and educational technology
- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Skilled in building relationships with students, families, and staff virtually
- Self-directed with strong time management
- Compliance with state and district documentation standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide remote instruction and support to students with varying needs
- Conduct assessments and develop, update, and track Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Deliver engaging, individualized lesson plans and activities
- Maintain clear, timely communication with parents, administrators, and support staff
- Track progress, complete required documentation, and submit reports according to established deadlines
- Participate in virtual meetings, staff development, and team collaboration
