Seasonal Harvest Operator

Cargill is hiring Seasonal Harvest Operators to support peak-season grain and ingredient processing at our manufacturing facilities. In this hands-on role, you will safely operate and monitor harvest and grain handling equipment, manage loading and unloading, and help keep production running smoothly. You’ll perform basic inspections, cleaning, and simple maintenance while following strict safety and food-quality standards. Working in a collaborative, safety-first culture, you’ll gain exposure to large-scale food manufacturing and help support global food security during our busiest season.
