Overview
Registered Nurse (LTC) in a travel assignment based in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Start date: 07/28/2026 for a multi-week commitment with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Work setting is a long-term care environment providing nursing care to residents. Weekly pay ranges from $1,784 to $1,828. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in the long-term care setting, including monitoring and comfort measures
- Assess resident conditions, document assessments, and update care plans in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans
- Monitor for changes in patient status, respond to emergencies, and escalate concerns as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure infection control practices, and promote resident safety and dignity

Requirements
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice in the assignment location (state requirements apply)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Experience in long-term care or geriatrics preferred
- Ability to work the evening shift and adapt to a fast-paced ambulatory setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
