A law firm seeks a senior commercial litigation attorney at the Counsel or Junior Partner level to join their office in Tysons Corner, VA. This role is ideal for an attorney seeking meaningful responsibility and autonomy, with the opportunity to lead commercial litigation matters and supervise junior attorneys. Duties Lead and manage commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution. Serve as day-to-day lead counsel on assigned cases. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys as needed. Conduct depositions, argue motions, and handle trial work. Requirements 10-20+ years of substantial commercial litigation experience. Ability to independently manage cases and responsibilities. Active Virginia bar admission required; DC and/or MD admission is a plus. A small portable book of business (approximately $200K+). Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active bar admission in Virginia. Skills Strong leadership and case management skills. Excellent communication and advocacy abilities.
