In This Role You Will: Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping services in resident apartments, common areas, offices, hallways, dining areas, and restrooms. Mop floors, vacuum carpets, spot clean surfaces, and empty trash according to established cleaning schedules. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, lavatories, and toilet bowls, following infection control procedures. Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, windows, sills, and equipment to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Follow written cleaning procedures and schedules for resident apartments, common spaces, and health center rooms. Maintain housekeeping equipment, carts, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition. Adhere to all infection control, safety, and sanitation policies to support resident health and wellness. Communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, team members, and supervisors while providing courteous service. Support a clean, comfortable, and dignified living environment for residents by taking pride in your work and attention to detail. Monday – Friday, with rotating weekends Who You Are: Preferred: High school diploma or GED and prior professional housekeeping experience You work well both independently and as part of a team. You communicate respectfully, clearly, and professionally with residents and team members. You are physically able to perform the duties of the role, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items as required.
