Physician - Family Practice

Our client in Connecticut is seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 120‑day assignment starting Jun 22, 2026. This role involves daily shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. You will provide comprehensive care, including general check‑ups, physicals, treatment of chronic conditions, and women's health services, while meticulously recording patient care and reporting to the Medical Director. Responsibilities and Duties Perform general check‑ups and various physicals, including sports, annual, and school. Diagnose and treat chronic conditions, such as diabetes. Manage acute illnesses like colds, coughs, and flu. Provide comprehensive women's health services. Accurately record patient care and report to the Medical Director. Additional Information Board certification in Family Medicine is required. EMR system: eClinicalWorks and Epic.
