Store Team Leader & On-Duty Coach
Men's Wearhouse
Men's Wearhouse is seeking a Store Lead in Fairfax, VA to partner with the Store Manager in coaching a sales-focused team and driving operational excellence. As manager on duty, you will open/close the store and uphold brand standards.
You will lead by example, motivate the team, and ensure top customer experiences while meeting store goals and maintaining a collaborative environment across shifts.
