Our therapists work closely with families in their homes, providing powerful interventions designed to strengthen relationships, improve outcomes, and keep youth successfully connected to their families and communities.This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in a collaborative environment, believe in the strength and resilience of families, and want to see the direct impact of their work every day.What You'll DoAs a Clinical Therapist on our team, you will:Maintain a manageable caseload of no more than 12 familiesProvide home-based therapy to youth and families throughout the service areaDeliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each family's needsWork with youth who may be:At risk of out-of-home placementExperiencing significant behavioral challengesInvolved with the juvenile justice systemCollaborate with a supportive therapy team, including:Weekly team meetingsIndividual supervisionHelp families access community resources and support servicesDocument case progress and communicate with relevant stakeholdersParticipate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional developmentCore Competencies We ValueWe're looking for therapists who bring both clinical skill and heart to their work.
