Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and responding to emergent situations
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract assignment
• Shifts and specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients requiring close observation and intervention
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and promptly recognize changes in patient condition
• Implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
