Duties Conduct legal research and writing Review legal documents Manage discovery processes Conduct depositions Present oral arguments Participate in motion and merits hearings Engage in trials Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions Requirements 0-1 year of work experience Education Juris Doctor (J.D.)
