LOGISTICS/OPS SPECIALIST

Role will report to the Company’s Operations Manager. This is a part‑time position. Responsible for making sure supplies, stock, materials, packages, and/or products are processed through the delivery and/or warehouse system efficiently and safely. Processes orders and oversees cycle of order fulfillment for stores and ecommerce. Logistics Responsibilities Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay Receive products and coordinate delivery Prepare loads for shipment Takes steps to avoid quality control issues Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels Manages activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met Oversees inventory of goods and vehicles Continually reviews freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible Streamlines shipping and transportation processes Operational Responsibilities Manage appropriate inventory levels of centralized warehouse by ensuring the timely placement of orders and coordinate receipt of incoming shipments, continually refining the inventory management process. Lead Ops in fulfillment and production of standard prep items such as tea dose bags, ecommerce orders, and proprietary syrups. Communicate essential information to cross‑functional teams in a clear and timely manner, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate. Over time serve as point‑person for all major purchasing decisions, including procuring new vendor relationships. Qualifications A minimum of one year of operations or logistics experience and/or related experience and training. Proven and ongoing ability to control costs through consistent improvements and optimization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention‑to‑detail with a bias toward time management and efficiency mindset. Competency and working knowledge of quality assurance and quality management principles. Ability to effectively prioritize, problem‑solve, using sound judgment and procedural mindset. Performance that consistently demonstrates BobaGuys’ Vision, Mission, and Values.
