What You'll Do E Runs diagnostics, completes repairs, and runs routine maintenance on residential gas furnaces, electric furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, ductless mini-splits, duct work, etc. E Educate customers by offering proactive repairs, system upgrades, and maintenance agreements. E Use an iPad to create customer invoices and communicate with the office. E Travel to job sites within the service area and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer. E Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in your company vehicle. E Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary. E Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain and replacement parts, calibrate system to manufactures recommendations. N Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Residential HVAC service experience. Strong knowledge of heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and ductwork. EPA Certification required. Valid Washington driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude, professionalism, and pride in your work.
