The facility features a 20-bed Emergency Department within a Level II trauma center and regional referral center, offering full radiographic support including ultrasound, CT, and MRI capabilities, along with a teaching affiliation with Michigan State University.

Job Details:

• Hospital-employed practice working alongside nine current physicians and three PAs
• 20-bed Emergency Department in a Level II trauma center and regional referral center
• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• 12 to 15 shifts per month, with opportunity to seek additional shifts at associated rural critical access hospitals within the system
• Approximately 1.6 patients per hour
• 36 hours of physician coverage per day with 12 hours of PA coverage
• EDIS EMR system in the Emergency Department and Cerner inpatient system
• Full radiographic support including ultrasound, CT, and MRI capability
• Teaching affiliation with Michigan State University, including medical students and family practice residents
