About the Role

As an RBT at Ideal Therapy, you'll play a key role in creating life-changing progress for children with developmental disabilities. Under the guidance of highly experienced BCBAsincluding a Clinic Director with 20+ years as a BCBAyou'll implement individualized behavior programs, teach essential skills, support families, and help create meaningful, lasting change.

This is a position where your work truly mattersand where you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA.
• Support clients across clinic, home, and community environments.
• Collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team that values communication and transparency.
• Track and document client progress using clear behavioral data and medical terminology.
• Help educate caregivers on strategies that promote positive, sustainable behavior change.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA at all times.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Knowledge of ABA principles and a passion for behavioral health.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• RBT Certification

Job Types

Full-time and part-time positions available! Premium pay for those who can take part time afternoon shifts!
