The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - Interventional Specialty Care delivers comprehensive specialty care to patients with chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy, musculoskeletal disorders, and other complex neurological and functional conditions. Working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, the APP is responsible for patient evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedural interventions, care coordination, and longitudinal disease management. Learn more about us at . *Relocation Assistance available for PAs with an active California license to relocate to the greater Palm Springs area!* About the position: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Perform approved office-based procedures and interventions Evaluate patients for advanced therapies, including neuromodulation and other interventional treatment options Manage medications and monitor treatment effectiveness Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, therapists, and support teams Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and self-management strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards Support quality improvement, patient experience, and operational excellence initiatives. Our Ideal Candidate will have the following qualifications: Active Physician Assistant license in the state of California Current Board Certification as a Physician Assistant required Current DEA registration or eligibility/ability to obtain DEA registration required At least 1 year of relevant work experience as PA preferred but not required Experience in pain management or interest in developing expertise in this area preferred Comfort in managing patients with chronic pain using a multimodal, evidence-based approach Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required At Lifekind , we believe our employees deserve the best.
