Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Springfield, Vermont. The role requires flexibility to float to any inpatient unit within scope, adherence to specific schedule demands, and experience with drip medication management, including insulin, emolol, and sodium drips. The position emphasizes teamwork and compliance with holiday coverage and schedule requirements. Job Details Position Description: Involves providing care on an adaptive acuity unit, with occasional responsibilities in a progressive care environment, including PCU care at a 3:1 patient-to-nurse ratio. Must have drip experience, including insulin, emolol, and sodium drips. Required Qualifications: Current Vermont RN License or Compact, American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications, 2 years of current med surg/telemetry experience, and recent experience with Skills Checklist in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit. Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours weekly, starting 11/01/2026 and ending 01/31/2027. Preferred Qualifications: ICU experience is strongly preferred. Additional Information: Traveler must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope. Small critical access facility experience and own vehicle are preferred. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission, and all RTO must be included in profile.
