Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule:
Housekeepers: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Minimum 3 days per week)
Housemen: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Schedule may vary, 4 days per week)

Availability Required: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Description

The Housekeeper and Houseman play an essential role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming guest rooms and public areas throughout the hotel. Team members are expected to work efficiently while meeting hotel quality standards and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeper

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel brand standards.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas thoroughly.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize assigned guest rooms.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Report lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Meet daily room productivity goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures.

Houseman

• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, public restrooms, and common areas.
• Deliver clean linens, towels, and housekeeping supplies throughout the property.
• Collect soiled linens and remove trash from housekeeping areas.
• Assist housekeeping staff with room preparation and special projects.
• Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist with moving furniture and setting up guest requests when needed.
• Maintain storage areas and ensure housekeeping carts remain stocked.
• Perform additional duties assigned by hotel management.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays .
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide all required employment documents.
