Drive revenue growth through exceptional service, relationship building, and personalized recommendations. Utilize Cole Haan's "#RUOBSESSED?" Selling Program to uncover customer needs, build meaningful connections, and deliver personalized solutions. Assist the leadership team in executing store initiatives that support profitability and business objectives.Serve as a Stylist: Serve as a brand ambassador by consistently embodying Cole Haan's standards for appearance, professionalism, and customer engagement. Guide customers through the "Step into Style" experience by providing personalized styling recommendations across product categories and creating head-to-toe solutions that reflect their lifestyle and individual style. Build customer confidence by thoughtfully addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions that best fit the customer's preferences and needs. Stay informed on Cole Haan's seasonal collections, product innovations, key features, and current fashion trends and share relevant information with the customer.Create Extraordinary Customer Experiences: Consistently uphold Cole Haan's values by putting the customer first, acting with integrity, collaborating with teammates, and delivering experiences that inspire confidence. Contribute positively to a collaborative, inclusive, and customer-focused team environment. Follow all operational, loss prevention, health, and safety procedures. Support and maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with company expectations and the elevated Cole Haan brand experience. Support store operations through receiving and processing shipment and sales floor replenishment. Support Enterprise Order Management (EOM)-Omni Channel Processing.
