• License/Certs: Active Michigan license (no new license candidates accepted), NRP, Board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
• Experience: Neonatal clinical experience required; no new grads
• Patient Load: Approx. 10-12 neonates per day

What You'll Do

• Provide neonatal intensive care in a Level III NICU setting
• Attend deliveries and participate in neonatal resuscitations
• Place PICC lines, umbilical lines, and chest tubes as needed
• Perform needle aspirations and other neonatal procedures under supervision
• Collaborate closely with supervising physicians during all patient care activities
• Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and standards of neonatal care

What You Need

• Valid Michigan state license (no new license candidates)
• Board certification (ANCC, AANP, NCCPA, etc.)
• Neonatal clinical experience (not suitable for new grads)
• NRP certification
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and resuscitation
• Ability to work collaboratively under supervision
