Role Overview As a skilled Mammography Technologist, you will perform high‑quality breast imaging examinations within a collaborative, patient‑centered environment. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional patient care by maintaining a professional and compassionate image, building trust with patients, visitors, and colleagues in line with our Service Excellence Standards and core values. Apply technical expertise to select appropriate imaging factors based on patient anatomy and pathology, ensuring high‑quality, interpretable images. Take ownership of image quality, processing and verifying all images meet the highest standards for diagnostic accuracy. Work Schedule Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional Wednesday evenings until 8:00 pm and alternate Saturdays 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Saturdays are normally covered by PRN technologists, but may require day‑shift coverage. Mammography Training Programs: Pulse Mammography Program or MTMI Mammogram Course (paid by McLeod) to become a registered ARRT mammographer. Qualifications Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Program in Radiologic Technology. BLS certification required. ARRT Registry eligible upon hire; ARRT Mammography Certification or Mammography Registry‑eligible – must be obtained within 1 year of hire. South Carolina Limited License required.
