Founding Product Lead

Knomee is building the behavioral intelligence platform for wealth management.

The Opportunity

As Knomee's Founding Product Lead , you'll partner directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering to define product strategy, own the roadmap, and ensure every product investment creates measurable customer and business impact.

You'll serve as the voice of the customer, balancing long-term vision with disciplined execution while helping establish the product culture and operating model that will scale with the company.

This role is designed for a high-potential product leader who wants to grow. As Knomee scales, demonstrated success in this role will create the opportunity to become Head of Product and ultimately build and lead the product organization.

What You'll Own

You will own Knomee's product strategy, roadmap, and product success.

Specifically, you will:

Define and evolve the product vision in partnership with the CEO.

Own and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer needs, strategic objectives, and business impact.

Lead continuous customer discovery through interviews, observation, usability testing, and product analytics.

Translate customer insights into clear product requirements and engineering priorities.

Partner closely with Engineering and Design to deliver elegant, intuitive, high-quality product experiences.

Define success metrics for every major initiative and use customer behavior and usage data to guide future investment.

Drive product adoption, engagement, retention, and expansion by removing friction and improving customer outcomes.

Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to improve implementation, onboarding, positioning, pricing, and customer adoption.

Evaluate AI capabilities and emerging technologies to ensure they create meaningful value for customers.

Establish scalable product management processes while laying the foundation for Knomee's future product organization.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a strategic product leader who is equally comfortable talking with customers, making difficult prioritization decisions, and working alongside engineers to bring products to life.

You likely bring:

7-10+ years of experience building B2B SaaS products.

Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing products.

A demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into successful product outcomes.

Strong product judgment supported by customer research, analytics, and experimentation.

Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in fast-moving environments.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Comfort making decisions in ambiguous, early-stage environments.

A bias toward action, learning, and continuous improvement.

Curiosity about AI and the discipline to apply it only where it creates meaningful customer value.

Experience in wealth management, wealthtech, fintech, financial services, behavioral science, or enterprise SaaS is highly desirable.
