Carthage Family Health Center and Various Clinics- RN Clinic Coordinator - Full Time Day Shift (Req 6357)

The Clinical Coordinator administers, directs and coordinates clinical aspects of the outpatient clinics. This position collaborates with Clinic Leadership and Medical Director to coordinate services in providing quality care to patients. It follows all hospital policies and procedures. Coordinates operational clinical systems with Clinic Leadership on a daily basis. Assists the Clinic Managers with the overall operations in his/her absence.

Requirements:

• Associates degree in nursing - required

• Bachelor of Science degree in nursing - preferred

• Possesses a valid New York State registered nurse license

• Successful completion of BLS

• CHRN certification within 2 years of position start date

• Five years of clinical experience as a registered nurse with one year experience in a nursing leadership role

• Ability to analyze, synthesize, interpret and apply business trends, professional information, technical procedures and government regulations.

• Ability to write effective reports, correspondence, procedures, etc.

• Ability to articulate information and respond to questions from varied groups.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions

• Utilization of interpersonal communication skills in the resolution of conflict, facilitation of change, and promotion of staff development.

• Must be able to use Microsoft outlook, Word, Power point, Excel, as well as other web based database programs and the internet.
