Job Description

Cook Location: Iowa City, IA Schedule: Monday-Friday (Every Other Weekend) Shift: 10:00AM-7:30PM

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Food Service Cook & Server to join our team. This role prepares and cooks food both in view of customers in the marketplace and in the kitchen, provides excellent customer service, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering quality food and service.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and cook food ingredients and menu items in both the kitchen and marketplace areas.
  • Serve food directly to customers while providing a positive and friendly experience.
  • Follow all state, federal, and departmental food safety rules when handling and storing food and equipment.
  • Receive and check in food deliveries and supplies.
