POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team at Fortuna Bakery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, recommending products, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Your ability to multitask, maintain a positive attitude, and work well under pressure will be key to your success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome each customer with an appropriate greeting based on the time of day.

• Maintain eye contact with customers to ensure they feel attended to.

• Take orders for food and beverages.

• Provide outstanding customer service to encourage repeat visits.

• Offer and explain the types of beverages available.

• Recommend additional products that might interest customers.

• Bid farewell to customers at the end of their purchase in a cordial manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Good knowledge of all products to provide accurate explanations.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

• Friendly attitude and willingness to assist customers.

• Bilingual Spanish-English

• Experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Range: $15 - $17
