RN MDS Nurse

Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta seeks an RN MDS Nurse to coordinate and complete accurate, timely MDS/RAI assessments, care plans, and documentation supporting quality resident outcomes and reimbursement. In this mission-driven, faith-based setting, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, audit clinical records for compliance, educate staff on MDS processes, and monitor quality measures.
