Dining Room Attendant / Servers – The Towers at Laguna Woods Village- PART TIME WORK! 3:30PM-8:30PM Position Summary

This customer‑facing role supports two onsite dining facilities within The Towers at Laguna Woods Village , an all‑inclusive Golden Years living community . Dining Room Attendants provide warm, attentive service to residents and guests by taking orders, delivering meals, bussing tables, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. Strong customer service skills are the top priority for this position.

• Pay: $23.94/hr
• Hours: 20–30 hours per week
• Shift: 2nd Shift — 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. , rotating 5 days per week
• Flexibility required due to rotating schedules and varying weekly shift counts
• Work Environment: Golden Years Living Facility Dining Halls

• Customer service oriented — the most important requirement
• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
• Ability to take orders, run food, and bus tables in a professional, friendly manner

• Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents and guests in the community’s dining halls.
• Greet diners, present menus, and accurately take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver meals from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Bus tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils; reset tables for the next guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining area throughout service.
• Respond quickly and attentively to resident requests, questions, and concerns.
• Consistently deliver service that exceeds resident expectations.
• Collaborate with dining room staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all dining room procedures and standards appropriate for a Golden Years living environment .

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role
• Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to serve others
• Experience in food service, restaurants, or hospitality is highly beneficial
• Ability to multitask: take orders, run food, bus tables, and support overall dining flow
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Reliability and flexibility to work 5–6 shifts per week
• Comfortable interacting with Golden Years residents in a respectful, patient manner

• Must be available for 20–30 hours per week
• Must be available for 5–6 rotating shifts weekly
• Dress code: black pants and black non‑slip shoes
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, resident‑focused dining environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Laguna Woods, CA.

The pay range for this position is $23.94 - $23.94/hr.
