What You'll Do
- Serve as the charge nurse for ER (3 beds) and Med Surg units, overseeing patient care and unit operations
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure timely, quality patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and update progress notes accordingly
- Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Minimum of 2 years' charge experience in ER or Med Surg
- Strong clinical knowledge in emergency and medical-surgical care
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to the unit's fast-paced environment
About the Assignment This contract assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Crane, Texas.
