As a Sales Development Representative at Reviewr, your primary responsibility is to generate qualified product demo appointments for our sales team—focusing on phone-first outreach supported by email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll work inbound leads from marketing programs as well as targeted outbound lists, identifying their needs and positioning Reviewr as the solution to their challenges.

• Conduct high-volume outreach to inbound and outbound leads, with a strong emphasis on live phone conversations.
• Qualify prospects based on program type, needs, and readiness to explore Reviewr.
• Schedule and confirm product demos for the sales team, ensuring a smooth and informed handoff.
• Follow up on event registrants, resource downloads, and other marketing-generated leads.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in the CRM, including notes, lead statuses, and next steps.
• Work within structured outreach sequences while personalizing communication for relevance and impact.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, objection handling, and lead targeting.

• Daily Contact Activity: Achieving target levels of calls and live conversations.
• Demo Opportunities Created: Number of qualified demos booked for the sales team.
• Conversion Rates: Connect-to-demo and lead-to-demo success ratios.
• Lead Responsiveness: Timeliness in following up with new leads.
• Data Quality: Accuracy and completeness of CRM entries.
• Show Rate: Percentage of booked demos that occur as scheduled.
• Collaboration & Feedback: Contributions to improving outreach strategy and sales messaging.

• Confident, persistent, and energized by live conversations.
• Process-driven, organized, and disciplined with follow-up.

• Quick to understand and communicate how Reviewr solves prospect challenges.

• 1–3 years in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Proven phone-based outreach experience.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools.
• Strong communication, listening, and objection-handling skills.
