POSITION SUMMARY

To support and oversee all aspects of the aquatic facility’s operations and aquatic programs, ensuring a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff. The Aquatic Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the leadership team with strategic planning and day-to-day management of the facility. This role will also support in creating engaging and safe aquatic experiences for patrons of all ages and abilities. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and ensuring high‑quality participant satisfaction while maximizing the facility’s financial performance and community impact.
