Integration Architect – Azure Integration Services

Location: Waltham, MA- HYBRID

Duration: 6 months

Lead enterprise integration architecture using Azure Integration Services

Act as a technical leader for API-led and event-driven integration strategies

Bridge business requirements with technical implementation

Define and standardize integration patterns across the organization

Guide engineering teams on scalable and resilient integration design

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, security, and product

Oversee hybrid integration strategies including MuleSoft environments

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards

Mentor and coach development teams on integration best practices

Drive innovation and modernization of legacy integration systems

Define and own integration architecture using APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Function Apps

Design and govern API strategies including REST and GraphQL schemas, versioning, and standards

Implement event-driven and API-led integration solutions

Establish patterns for real-time, batch, and file-based data processing

Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions

Enforce security, compliance, and zero-trust architecture principles

Configure API policies, authentication, encryption, and identity management

Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing

Implement monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks with dashboards and alerts

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Manage hybrid integrations and migration strategies involving MuleSoft

Create and maintain architecture documentation, playbooks, and standards

Guide teams in resolving complex integration challenges

Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Function Apps)

Deep knowledge of API design using REST and GraphQL

Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems

Strong understanding of real-time, batch, and file-based integration patterns

Experience in designing scalable and resilient enterprise systems

Proficiency in DevOps practices including CI/CD and infrastructure as code

Knowledge of security standards including OAuth, encryption, and identity management

Experience with monitoring and observability tools

Familiarity with hybrid integration and MuleSoft platforms
