About the Opportunity Job Title: Manufacturing & Light Industrial Associates Pay: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour (rates vary by assignment) Location: Delano, MN (job sites vary by assignment) Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts Positions Forklift Operators Mechanical Assemblers Medical Device Assemblers Machine Operators Metal Fabricators Shipping & Receiving Associates Quality Control Inspectors Production Worker Requirements and Qualifications Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Proven reliability and a strong attendance record. 2 years related experience and/or training in a manufacturing or light industrial role. Consistent work tenure with past employers. Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts. Effectively communicate and understand job instructions in English. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
