The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee integration planning, and ensure smooth transition and alignment across business, technology, operations, and finance teams during M&A transactions. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in project or program management. Proven experience managing Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) initiatives or post-merger integrations. Strong knowledge of business transformation, integration planning, and change management. Experience working with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, HR, and operations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consulting, banking, private equity, or corporate strategy environments. Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification. Experience with enterprise transformation or large-scale integration programs.
