KSC Foods is hiring dependable, safety-conscious team members for several warehouse opportunities. Current openings include Warehouse Selectors and Warehouse Receivers. We will consider applicants for the position that best matches their experience, qualifications, and interests.

Available Positions:

Warehouse Selector

Warehouse Selectors accurately select, assemble, palletize, and stage dry goods and related products for delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Use pick sheets or pick labels to locate and select the correct products and quantities.
• Build stable, organized pallets and wrap completed orders for shipment.
• Stage pallets in the appropriate shipping lanes.
• Use an electric pallet jack or other approved equipment to move products safely.
• Replenish product and assist with pre-pack activities as assigned.
• Consolidate pallets and assist with stocking, loading, and unloading when scheduled.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or out-of-stock products.
• Notify management of discrepancies involving product descriptions or quantities.
• Maintain accuracy while meeting established productivity and order-completion expectations.

Warehouse Receiver

Warehouse Receivers unload, inspect, verify, and properly store incoming products while helping keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely unload incoming trucks and transport products to designated warehouse locations.
• Verify received products against shipping documents for correct quantities and descriptions.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, overage, or incorrectly shipped products.
• Complete receiving, stocking, returns, pallet consolidation, loading, and unloading activities as scheduled.
• Operate sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other approved powered equipment.
• Complete required pre-use equipment inspections and safety checklists.
• Replenish warehouse inventory and support shipping or order-selection activities when needed.
• Maneuver safely on and around loading docks, trailers, storage racks, and pedestrian areas.

• Organize and prioritize assignments while meeting established deadlines.
• Maintain close attention to product numbers, descriptions, quantities, and order details.
• Follow established safety procedures and equipment-operating requirements.
• Communicate product discrepancies, inventory concerns, equipment issues, and safety hazards promptly.
• Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and orderly workspace.
• Safely work around loading docks, warehouse equipment, pallets, and active pedestrian areas.
• Work in areas where temperature and humidity may vary, including dry, cooler, or freezer environments, depending on the assigned position.
• Perform the physical duties of the position, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, stacking, and moving warehouse products.
• Must successfully complete required pre-employment background screening and meet any applicable customer or facility access requirements.

Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is preferred. Employees assigned to operate powered industrial equipment must complete all required training and authorization before operating the equipment independently.
