Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Provide administrative support to the office team, as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Handle general office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- 440-insurance license is a must. If you don't have one we will reimburse you when obtained.
