Company Name ARS-Rescue Rooter Overview American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring In-Store Appointment Setters / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores. Compensation & Schedule Pay: $17 per hour + commission. Earning potential: $20 - $30/hour on average with commission. Schedule: Flexible, Weekends required, typically 10:00am - 5:00pm. Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations. Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs. Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune‑ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions. Generate qualified leads and schedule in‑home consultations or service appointments. Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically. Work toward individual and team lead‑generation goals. Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation. Qualifications You don't need HVAC experience to be successful.
