Hidden Grounds Brand Ambassador Food Service Worker Lead - UNC-WilmingtonJob Description Hidden Grounds - Brand Ambassador As a Hidden Grounds Brand Ambassador representing both Hidden Grounds and Aramark, you are an extension of both brands, serving as the bridge that connects our shared values, mission, and commitment to delivering exceptional quality, hospitality, and guest experiences. Serving as the highest authority on-site, you are entrusted with upholding the standards of both organizations, leading the food and beverage team to create exceptional food, coffee, and service that bring people together.Job ResponsibilitiesRepresent both Hidden Grounds and Aramark with professionalism, and positivityDeliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.Promote Hidden Grounds' story, and culture while supporting Aramark's commitment to hospitality and operational excellence.Educate customers and team about menu offerings, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.Provide feedback that helps improve customer experiences.Follow all Hidden Grounds and Aramark policies, safety standards, and professional expectations.Works three (3) bar shifts weekly to remain connected to daily operationsLeads all coffee-side onboarding and ongoing trainingParticipates in interviewing and hiring.Qualifications Successful ambassadors are:Passionate about hospitality and customer service.Independent problem-solvers.Excellent communicators who enjoy connecting with people.Reliable, professional, and dependable.Enthusiastic team players who represent both organizations with integrity.Positive leaders who create welcoming experiences for everyone they meet.Our Commitment As a Hidden Grounds & Aramark Brand Ambassador, you play the most important role in strengthening our partnership and enhancing the guest experience.
