Acute Rehab PTA

As an Acute Rehab Physical Therapist Assistant at Encompass Health, you’ll provide hands-on rehabilitation care to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, orthopedic surgery, and other complex conditions. Under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you will implement therapeutic exercises, mobility and gait training, and functional activities, while closely monitoring patient progress and documenting outcomes. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a clinically advanced, patient-centered environment that supports ongoing learning, specialty training, and professional growth.
