Are you a CNA who takes pride in knowing your residents by name? We're an employee-owned skilled nursing and memory care facility in Walkerton, IN looking for Certified Nursing Assistants.

$18.25–$21.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential on 2nd and 3rd shift
Top end of the wage scale is for QMAs.

What you'll do:

• Help residents with daily personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Take and record vitals, monitor changes in condition, and report concerns promptly to your nursing team
• Show up as a steady, familiar presence that residents and families can count on

What we need from you:

• Valid Indiana CNA certification in good standing
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
