Property Maintenance Technician

Job DescriptionCome join our amazing team and work in Greenwich, CT and other locations! The Property Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing and maintaining executive and company owned properties and vehicles, while also managing any contracted projects pertaining to the aforementioned. Supervise any vendors on property. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, investor guidelines, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The target pay for this position is $85,000-$95,000 + Annual Bonus.What you'll do:Maintain company and executive owned properties by providing general maintenance (i.e., snow removal, change air filters, wash vehicles and property as needed, etc.).Personally supervise any vendors on property. Vendors are not allowed on property unsupervised.Performs reconditioning services on company and executive owned vehicles as needed.Manage properties owned or leased by the company and executives as requested.Identify any property management gaps, mechanical needs, etc. and take steps to resolve and/or mitigate them as necessary.May provide driving services to an executive as needed.Communicate with key stakeholders to streamline projects and prevent delays.Oversee contractors and work resources on property to support maintenance of the property.May also be asked to attend company events and assist as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.What you'll need:High school diploma or GED requiredBachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.Previous experience in a hands-on mechanical or maintenance job required.Three (3+) plus years' experience in property maintenance required.Three (3+) plus years' experience in construction or landscaping project management required.Ability to travel up to 50%, work evenings and weekends, as needed to perform safety system updates.Ability to remain on property for a 10 consecutive day on-call rotation.Ability to interact and be comfortable around large dogs.Acceptable driving record and ability to maintain automobile insurance required.Ability to personally perform physical tasks such as snow removal, washing cars, property maintenance, etc.Ability to interact with executivesKnowledge of mechanical and maintenance best practicesProject management skillsStrong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.Extreme attention to detailStrong organizational skillsA team player with basic interpersonal skills possesses a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Basic Microsoft Office and Outlook skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word, communicating orally with others accurately, audibly, and quickly.Our Company:Carrington Mortgage Holdings is a holding company whose primary businesses include asset management, mortgages, real estate transactions and real estate logistics.
