Job Responsibilities Support Children Through Personalized Play Therapy Use evidence-based ABA techniques to help children learn essential life skills. Promote Positive Behavioral Growth Implement interventions to reduce challenging behaviors and create a structured, supportive learning environment. Track and Drive Progress Collect behavioral data to measure success and adjust strategies as needed. Collaborate with Families Work closely with parents to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies across home, school, and community settings. Bring Treatment Plans to Life Implement BCBA-designed treatment plans with precision and care. Maintain Clear Communication Regularly report progress to the supervising BCBA and collaborate on strategies for optimal outcomes. Therapy sessions take place in our neighborhood therapy centers no in-home visits. Flexible work opportunities Choose from 17 clinic locations across Southeast Michigan, with full-time and part-time roles available. Qualifications Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disorders preferred but not required. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to upholding the RBT Ethics Code. Ability to pass a background check and occupational health screening. Physical & Environmental Requirements Active & Engaged Work Frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and bending. Hands-On Support Lifting up to 50-75 lbs may be required. Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions. Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings. Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents. Clinic Location Bloomfield Hills Status Full-time Work Schedule MondayFriday, 8am-5pm. No nights or weekends!
