Position Overview:

As an Expeditor, your role is to ensure strong communication between the kitchen and front of house. By being extremely well versed on all dishes our menu consists of, you will ensure we maintain consistency in our dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication between the kitchen and front of house team during service.
• Ensure all plates meet presentation, temperature, and accuracy standards before leaving the pass.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the expo station at all times.
• Assist in garnishing, organizing dishes, and adding sauce to dishes.
• Manage order tickets and timing to ensure efficient service flow.

*Position is tip and service charge eligible.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Expeditor or in a similar high-volume restaurant role.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
