Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our travel team in a HOME HEALTH setting, in Pomona, CA! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Active CA. HOME HEALTH license
• 2+ years of Physical Therapist experience
• This position begins on 06/02/2026 and ends on 09/01/2026
