This position may be filled remotely or in any of our Husch Blackwell office locations.In support of the Complex Torts (CXT) industry unit, the Legal Solutions Specialist will establish and lead the practitioner and client experience capability for the practice. Build and operationalize the service delivery platform; drive cross-functional alignment; and enable practitioners to deliver consistent, scalable, high-quality client outcomes. Essential job functions include:Serve as the primary liaison between practice practitioners and enterprise support functionsCapture practitioner priorities and requirements for client deliveryTranslate business needs into integrated end-to-end solutionsDrive domain-level prioritization and decision-makingPerform hands-on execution to address capability gaps and quality issuesTransition work to functional owners as capabilities matureEstablish and manage the end-to-end practitioner experience platform, including standards, quality, and outcomesBuild, launch, and continuously improve the service delivery platform and operating processesDefine and refine the practice service offering based on client needs, market signals, and business strategyDevelop scalable, client- and practitioner-centered solutions; remove friction and improve adoptionLead cross-functional planning and execution across Client Experience, Business Development, Marketing, Branding, Communications, Knowledge Management, Innovation, Technology, and Talent AcquisitionTranslate business priorities into work plans; align stakeholders, manage tradeoffs, and ensure timely deliveryProvide hands-on execution and coaching to close capability gaps; set and maintain performance standardsPartner with Business Development, Proposals, and Marketing to support go-to-market activities and growth initiativesDevelop and maintain playbooks, templates, and workflows; transition ownership to functional teams as processes matureOther duties as assignedPosition-specific Requirements4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client services, business development, sales, customer experience)Able to analyze problems, design solutions, and implement improvementsStrong business acumen. The exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:State of California: $77,000 - $157,000State of Colorado: $71,000 - $126,000State of Illinois: $69,000 - $135,000State of Massachusetts: $77,000 - $147,000State of Maryland: $74,000 - $113,000State of Minnesota: $77,000 - $127,000Jersey City, NJ: $83,000 - $151,000State of New York: $71,000 - $154,000State of Vermont: $76,000 - $146,000State of Washington: $74,000 - $141,000Washington, D.C.: $99,000 - $146,000The above salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, however bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed, and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
