Location: Hybrid / On-Site

Position: Full-Time | Tax Manager

Compensation: $95,000-$125,000+ DOE

Your Role as Tax Manager:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Tax Professionals
Oversee complex tax planning, compliance, and consulting projects
Develop client relationships that go beyond numbers
Partner with leadership on firm growth and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of public accounting experience, primarily focused in Tax
CPA or EA license (or actively pursuing)
Strong communicator and problem-solver
Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern platforms
Someone who enjoys helping others succeed - not just checking boxes
